On this site, there are basic classes. A big list can be found in the sidebar.
NOTE: When changing a character's class from one bought class to another bought class, simply go refund your original bought class in the store and buy the new one. If you have any issues with this process, please PM Midna.
Player
The basic class of the game. The main goal of Players is to survive. They form a pact with another Player, and as partners complete the missions of that week. For Players, teamwork is key. They do one mission every day for a week. To do that, they fight with their Pins to defeat Noise and sometimes even Reapers. If they succeed, they can come back to life, become a Reaper, play again, or be Erased. They MUST have a Partner by the end of the first mission. Ultimately, the game is trying to make them a better person.
When they begin, they get two Pins, a Player Pin and another Pin of their choice. They may have no other starting powers unless the powers were bought in the store. See PLOT for more information about Players.
Reaper
Reapers are the overseers of the games. They are former Players who have won their games and chose to remain in the UG. Their job is to slow down Players so that they can't finish their missions on time. They don't have to work in partners, but temporary pacts will give them power boosts. You cannot become a Reaper by killing one unless you win the Game by doing so.
They have some interesting powers. For one thing, they can create Noise out of imagination. The more imagination they have, the stronger the noise. To do this, they get one Noise Pin, found at the bottom of the Pins list on the wikia (check the PINS thread in this board). They also have wings that change design depending on who they are. They have the Pins that they earned. They also have a significant power boost due to their Reaper status. Strong ones can take a Noise form that reflects them. One of the best parts of their class, however, is the fact that they can switch between the UG and the RG at will.
-Conductor
Conductors are a rank of Reaper, and there is only one at a time. They act as Head Reaper; all of the other Reapers are under their command. It is their job to make sure that nobody breaks the rules. This is a job highly coveted by most Reapers, but there is another that is even more envied.
Conductors have all of the powers of a Reaper. However, they have a greater impact on the ideas of the living, and can bend the city to their will somewhat. They always have some kind of a Noise form. They are also stronger than a Reaper. To become a Conductor, you must defeat and Erase the current one, or be appointed by the Composer. If you are Conductor, you don't have to accept a challenge if you don't want to.
-Composer
If Conductors are the Head Reapers, the Composers are the gods. Conductors answer to them. There is only one Composer, and they shape the game and the city with their will and even mood. Usually their identity is kept a secret. Their true form is enveloped in white light, obscuring them from view. However, they can choose to take their more human form if they choose.
Composers have many powers. Their most important one is how much they can affect the city through its Music, the 'codes' that make it up. They can sense Music and change it to do pretty much anything, including teleporting and turning invisible and making objects appear. They also have all of the Reaper and Conductor powers, though their Noise form is always something really powerful just like they are. If they die without passing on the position, the city dies with them. To become Composer, you must defeat and Erase them. If you are Composer, you don't have to accept a challenge if you don't want to.
Angel
Angels are completely different. They rule above all the games, keeping the world and its Composers in order. Their class can be bought in the store. They can change anything about the world at will, and do not tolerate rebellion. Their existence is a closely guarded secret, and usually only Composers know about them. Their world is a world of order and rules. You cannot become an Angel by killing them.
Their power level depends on their Imagination, but even the weakest Angel is about as powerful as a Composer. Only people with strong Imaginations are able to be an Angel. They can change themselves and the world at will.
Included in this category is the Producer, who is an Angel who chooses to come oversee the Game. They cannot be overthrown by anyone but Angels or Fallen.
-Fallen Angel
Fallen Angels were Angels once. However, they did something forbidden and have become corrupted, ruled by chaos and negativity. Their class can be bought in the store. They are trying to destroy the world, usually, or at least wreak havoc. Their existence is a closely guarded secret, and usually only Angels know about them. Fallen have to hide from Angels, or else the Angels will try to destroy them. If you kill them, you cannot become a Fallen Angel, unless you are an Angel who broke the rules to defeat them.
Their power level depends on their Imagination, but even the weakest Fallen is about as powerful as a Composer. Only people with strong Imaginations are able to be an Angel, and Fallen are the same. They can change themselves and the world at will, though they are slightly weaker than most Angels due to their negativity.
Alive
People who are alive are normal people. They can't see the Reaper's Game, usually. Some of them have returned to life after winning the game. They can't keep their powers though. Usually they're better people after winning their games. Sometimes they can even become...
-Shopkeeper
Shopkeepers own shops and sell things. Whether it's burgers, music, or today's hottest clothes, they are great sources for items you might need on missions. They are alive. They also get their own shop subboard in the shopping district. Must be bought in the Shop, and they have to be Alive first.
To make a shop or business, make a Shopkeeper, then PM Midna with your business name and what you want your business to be. She'll set up a board for you. Then post a thread with the stuff you're selling, prices, etc. Look at existing shops for examples. Shopkeepers get 10% of the points from things they sell, to help keep things fair.
Noise
For some reason or another, this character is a Noise. If bought, you may create a Noise character, or have a character become Noise after being Erased. They are partially sentient, with their intelligence based on how much soul they have left in them. If they get enough people erased, maybe they can become people again.
