Welcome to Intricate Inks. I'm the owner, Callie. By the way, this is a tattoo parlor. I'm also the main artist here, and I can do pretty much anything.
You're from the UG, aren't you? Tell you what. For a little more money, I can give you some power ups that'll give you a boost whenever you're in the UG. The stuff on the list is stuff I'm pretty good at, but if you have an idea for something else, I'll give it a go. Remember, if you're in the RG, they'll just be tattoos.
To buy something, you can either post in this thread for a simple request saying exactly what you want and what level, PM me for a more complicated one that I might have questions about, or start an IC thread in this board with your character making a request. I'm not picky. It might also take me a couple of days to get back to you, but I will.
I'll explain the sign. My prices are based on power levels and what you want done. I'll go ahead and explain None. That's basically just some awesome-looking ink. No powers or anything there. That's why they only cost 10 pts, no matter what the design is.
First on the list is Powers. Those tattoos come with basic powers, usually elemental manipulation. One can confuse Noise and give the person you fight a nasty headache. If you want me to do something else, just ask. My limit is one power per tattoo though. They don't mix well. Weak is something that will bother a Noise, usually erases it in four hits or so. Medium can get it in two if you're a good shot, but as for people, it'll still take more than a few shots before you can wipe them out. Strong is going to come in handy against Players and Reapers. It packs a punch.
Next are Wards. These will help protect against damage from enemies. Weak is a buffer against some Noise damage, but not much. Medium can protect a little against Pin damage. If you're going up against Reapers or someone more powerful though, I'd suggest Strong. It might save your life.
Then there's Familiar. That means you can summon whatever creature I put on your skin. Weak ones are small, and they're wimpy. Most of those look cute though. Medium is about the size of a big dog. Pretty helpful, but not super strong. Strong ones can be pretty big though, like about the size of a bus. And they are wicked powerful. The cool thing about familiars is they grow more intelligent with each power level.
Shifts... I haven't gotten to do much testing with them. But I know a bit. This will give you an animal Noise form that you can shift into and out of whenever you choose. Sizes are the same as familiars, and so is strength level. A couple of people who go the stronger leveled ones said that they could sense their animal's mind when they transformed. I'd be careful going too strong for that reason, it might overwhelm you. You still want to think like a human.
Specialized is anything else you need that I haven't said already. Remember, if there is anything else you want, just ask! Seriously. The worst I can do is say no. If I can't do it, I'll tell you up front.
